Return & Refund Policy

This Return & Refund Policy applies to all services provided by Web Ganga.

1. Nature of Services

Web Ganga provides customized digital and professional services. Due to the nature of such services, returns are not applicable.

2. Advance Payments

• All advance payments are non-refundable once the project has commenced.
• Advance covers resource allocation, planning, and operational costs.

3. No Refund on Completed Work

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Completed services
• Partially completed projects
• Delays caused by client-side dependencies

4. Project Cancellation

If the client cancels a project:

• Cancellation must be communicated in writing
• Charges will apply for work completed up to the cancellation date
• Refunds, if any, are solely at the discretion of Web Ganga

5. Revisions & Support

Reasonable revisions will be provided strictly as per the agreed scope. Requests beyond scope will be chargeable.

6. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall be resolved through mutual discussion. Legal disputes, if any, shall be subject to Indian jurisdiction only.
